China's textile machinery exports have increased this year

In the first five months of this year, the total import and export of China's textile machinery fell by 18.63% year on year, among which the export of textile machinery increased by 8.28% year on year, and the import decreased by 35.92% year on year. Since April, China's export has exceeded import for two consecutive months. Downward pressure on the production and operation of textile machinery enterprises still exists.

China imported textile machinery from 56 countries and regions in the first five months of this year, reporters learned from the China Textile Industry Federation on May 24. The main countries and regions that import textile machinery are Germany, Japan, Italy, Taiwan and Belgium, accounting for 81.58% of the total import. During the period, the import of German textile machinery took the first place, but the import value decreased by 18.52% compared with the same period last year.

From the perspective of exporting countries, China has exported textile machinery products to 162 countries and regions, and the top five countries and regions in terms of export value are India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia and Pakistan.
