It is then installed on a warp knitting machine for weaving. Features: High production efficiency, small floor space, convenient transportation and operation, relatively economical, capable of meeting the requirements of various types and colors of yarns. With the development of sectioned winding technology, sectioned winding is evolving towards high-speed, intelligent tension control, and high-precision copying direction. Currently, the highest linear speed can reach 1200 meters per minute.

Weaving in strips involves dividing the total number of yarns required for a single warp yarn into several portions. Then, the warp yarns are wound one by one, according to the required length, onto a large drum. Later, this large drum is used to wind onto the loom shaft. (For example, if there are 2000 yarns divided into 10 portions, each portion being 200 yarns, they are wound one by one onto the large drum, and then reversed and wound onto the warp yarn shaft.) Characteristics: The number of required yarn spools is small at one time, the occupied area is small, the efficiency is low, and the operation is troublesome.

Axis winding is the process of simultaneously winding the yarn used by one comb of an embroidery machine onto a single warp shaft, and directly attaching it to the embroidery machine for weaving. It is generally used on the warp frames of multi-comb embroidery machines with fewer yarns. Therefore, axis winding is sometimes also called "warp frame axis winding". Usage: It is suitable for the winding of warp yarns with a small number of colors and is not suitable for large-width ground organization warp yarn winding. Axis winding has evolved from the initial cam control of lateral movement to the use of servo motors to control lateral movement, and it can also perform intelligent edge trimming.
