Common Faults of Carding Machines and Their Solutions

1. Vibration of some machines in the sliver section: Loose foot of the machine; Poor dynamic balance of the sliver machine; One side of the inclined surface crack sleeve is loose; The belt of the cover plate is too tight.

2. Heating of the liner shaft: The bearing is lacking lubrication or severely worn; the transmission belt is too tight.
